Ti'Gre McNear has proudly called Carmel home since 2008. A longtime community advocate, wife, and mother, she believes strong communities begin with strong families and collaborative leadership.
Ti'Gre and her husband, Allan, have been married for 30 years and are proud parents of one daughter. Guided by faith, service, and a passion for helping others, she is committed to serving Hamilton County with integrity, compassion, and a vision for the future.

Ti'Gre McNear has dedicated her career to serving others and strengthening communities. Her work has spanned human resources, education, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and community engagement, always with a focus on helping individuals, families, and organizations thrive. She previously ran for Carmel City Council, reflecting her long-standing commitment to public service and civic engagement.
As a certified Adult, Youth, and Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Ti'Gre has trained individuals, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to recognize the signs of mental health challenges and connect people with the resources they need. She believes strong communities are built when neighbors are equipped to support one another with compassion, confidence, and care.
An accomplished trainer and instructional leader, Ti'Gre has worked with educators and community partners across the United States and internationally to improve learning outcomes and strengthen organizations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, a master's degree in Organizational Leadership, and is a graduate of Hoosier Women Forward, Class VI. These experiences have reinforced her belief that collaborative leadership, strong partnerships, and investing in people are the keys to building a stronger Hamilton County.
